As the lead designer, I was fortunate enough to be able to design all iterations from initial pitches to final execution at Anime Expo. &nbsp; With the tight deadline of only 6 weeks from award to execution, we had to move fast to create a memorable booth that would represent Netflix in an impactful and unique way they had seldom shown up with before. Every week I refined the design, worked with specialty fabricators to create assets, and implemented feedback from the awesome team at Netflix to get this made for LVL UP Expo. The LVL UP expo booth was 50’ x 50’, necessitating a different layout from the later 45’x 80’ booth at Anime Expo. We had to be able to reuse most of the assets in this new configuration, so from the beginning I had to think about both footprints. The Netflix Funhouse was covered live by Jasmine Simpkins on KTLA 5 News. 4,435 people went through the Netflix Funhouse over the 45 hours of operation. The booth featured Meet and Greets with guests like: Sykkuno, Lilypichu, Vinnie Hacker, Masaki Watanabe &amp; Genki Ito, and Khleo Thomas. Influencer Meet and Greets reached an estimated 33.6M followers through posts across multiple social media platforms. The Sakamoto Days retail store saw over 700+ transactions. We were tasked to design the Hero centerpieces of the menu - 4 choices meant to transport the guest into the show of choice upon delivery to the table. Stranger Things&nbsp; &nbsp;- to be chicken and waffle sandwiches, matching El’s favorite food. Half standard sandwiches, and half dyed black to indicate the pull between the normal town of Hawkins and the upside down Bridgerton&nbsp; &nbsp; - to be a Royal high tea with finger treats on a tea tower Money Heist - to be a fondue set, with golden cheese Squid Game&nbsp; &nbsp; - to be a fried chicken platter with dipping sauces I always love starting with pen and paper to ensure limitless brainstorming. After we had a blast developing these, we moved into Rhino 7 to deliver the final concept renderings. I handled the Stranger Things &amp; Bridgerton table Renderings. We will follow a Traveler through her journey to a fabled rebel community. In doing so, we see vignetted glimpses into the diverse world of Lost Coast. Safe Travels. This project explores worldbuilding, designing character-driven spaces, and plausible but fictional architectural design. Ideas were developed with hand-sketching, modeled in Rhino 7, and rendered in Unreal 5. https://brfl.studio/Fortuna-Lunar-Surface-Module Fortuna Lunar Surface Module (2022) Fortuna is a habitation outfitting I designed for an experimental NASA inflatable prototype (2007). Fortuna was designed with human wellness at the forefront, contrary to current astronaut accommodations. When we can achieve long-term lunar habitation, the mental health of our explorers must be a top priority. This project was very research heavy, and gave several unique challenges. Weight, collapsibility, compactness, conditions of microgravity, and unique mental strains all had to be juggled to produce a feasible result. <img width="1484" height="1113" width_o="1484"
