Stages Fine Dining (2022)

Stages is an exciting new restaurant from Albert Adria, offering several dining experiences full of whimsy and surprise. Adria’s restaurants are lively and filled with small moments of magic to match his alchemy-like cuisine. His new Restaurant, Stages, is focused on the honoring of food as art and cooking as performance.

This project focuses on CMF (color, materials, finishes), immersive experiences, and experimental dining.
